These Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of Hotel Gryf**.
Hotel rooms are rented on a daily basis (per hotel day).
The Hotel reserves the right to collect full payment prior to the Guest’s arrival.
The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day. Extension of the hotel day is possible upon prior arrangement with the Reception staff, subject to room availability. The fee for extending the hotel day is determined individually with the Hotel staff.
A request to extend the stay beyond the period specified upon arrival must be reported no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day preceding the check-out date. The request will be granted subject to room availability.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse an extension of stay in the event of failure to settle the full payment for the current stay, violation of these Regulations, or lack of availability due to other reservations.
The Hotel may refuse to admit a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the Hotel Regulations, caused damage to Hotel property, property of other Guests, or injury to another Guest, Hotel employee, or any other person staying at the Hotel, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of other Guests or the operation of the Hotel.
Failure to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. in accordance with the hotel day will result in an additional charge.
The basis for check-in is the presentation of a valid photo ID and completion of the registration card.
The Guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the paid rental period has not expired.
Unregistered persons may stay in the hotel room as visitors between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
In the event of early departure during the hotel day, the Hotel does not refund the fee for that day.
The Hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the Hotel. Smoking inside the building will result in a fine of PLN 500.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
The main entrance doors are automatically locked from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. To enter the Hotel during these hours, please use the doorbell located to the left of the entrance.
The Hotel is obliged to ensure Guests’ safety during their stay, including the protection of personal data and confidential information, as well as providing professional and courteous service in all services rendered.
Children under the age of 13 must remain under constant supervision of their legal guardians while on the Hotel premises. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage to furnishings or technical equipment caused by children.
A pet stay is subject to an additional fee of PLN 50 per day. For longer stays, the fee is PLN 30 per day. Pets must always remain under the owner’s supervision.
The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage, destruction, or contamination of Hotel equipment and technical devices caused by the Guest or their visitors. The amount charged depends on the cost required to restore the damaged items to their original condition:
destruction of hotel bedding – PLN 100,
smoking in non-designated areas – PLN 500,
vandalism of a hotel room – an amount equivalent to the room rental price for the period the room is excluded from sale.
In the event of violation of these Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to provide services to the person in breach. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Hotel’s requests, settle outstanding payments, pay for any damages, and leave the Hotel.
Each time a Guest leaves the room, they are requested, for safety reasons, to turn off the television, switch off the lights, turn off bathroom taps, and ensure the door is properly locked.
For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use in hotel rooms any electrical devices that are not part of the room’s standard equipment.
Unjustified use of the Manual Fire Alarm (MFA) will result in a fine of PLN 1,500.
The Hotel does not provide deposit storage for Guests’ valuables and is not responsible for items left on the premises.
Parking on the Hotel premises is unattended.
The Hotel is not liable for damage to or loss of a Guest’s vehicle or any other vehicle, items left therein, or live animals, regardless of whether the vehicles were parked in the hotel parking area or in front of the Hotel.
Personal belongings left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at the Guest’s expense. If no such instructions are received, the Hotel will store the items at the owner’s expense for three months. After this period, the items become the property of the Hotel. Due to their nature, perishable food items will be disposed of immediately.
It is prohibited to store hazardous materials, weapons, ammunition, flammable substances, or pyrotechnic materials in hotel rooms.
In the event of losing the room key, a one-time fee of PLN 50 will be charged.
Guests have the right to file complaints regarding deficiencies in the quality of services provided.
Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing any deficiencies.
All complaints are accepted by the Reception.
The Guest consents to the processing and storage of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act for the purposes necessary to complete the Guest’s stay and use of the Hotel’s services. The Guest has the right to access and correct their personal data. Door-to-door sales, solicitation, and gambling activities are strictly prohibited on the Hotel premises.
